Eugene H. Webb, Chairman Emeritus and Co-Founder of Webb & Brooker, possesses over forty years of experience in the real estate industry. He is a senior policy-making consultant for the firm. A licensed real estate broker in both New York and New Jersey, he has a distinguished record of professional service and community involvement, including several directorships and trusteeships.
Eugene Webb is an active member of New York’s real estate community. A former member of the Board of the Associated Builders & Owners of Greater New York, Inc., Mr. Webb belongs to the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Inc., The Columbia Society of Real Estate Appraisers and The Real Estate Board of New York. He serves on The Corporate Advisory Board-Industrial Program at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Social Work and the President's Advisory Council at Teachers College, Columbia University.
A former President of United Mutual Life Insurance, he has served on the Board of Directors of the Freedom National Bank, the Greater Harlem Real Estate Board and the New York City Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He also has served as a trustee of Miles College in Alabama and belonged to the Advisory Board of Atlanta University/Morehouse College’s Institute of Real Estate.
Mr. Webb formerly held memberships with the following organizations: the Advisory Committee of the Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA); the Business and Finance Committee of the Tri-State Regional Planning Commission; The Greater Harlem Real Estate Board (Presidency); and the Ad-Hoc Work-Group On-The-Job Training Partnership Act-New York State Department of Labor. |
