 Lisa Hunt serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Webb and Brooker, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use properties. With a strong focus on operational excellence and community impact, Lisa ensures that each property under her leadership is managed with integrity, efficiency, and care. Since joining the firm in 2014, Lisa has played a pivotal role in the successful transition of new management assignments, including properties governed by Section 8, Low- Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), and other government-subsidized housing programs. Her deep understanding of affordable housing regulations and her ability to lead cross-functional teams have made her a trusted leader in the field. Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree from the University at Albany - State University of New York. She is a 2023 Fellow of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) Leadership Program and has completed specialized coursework in Affordable Housing at New York University, further strengthening her expertise in housing policy and compliance. In addition to her professional responsibilities, Lisa actively contributes to the industry and community. She currently serves on the REBNY Residential Management Council and the Jamaica YMCA Youth and Family Committee. |
