Webb & Brooker, Inc. Announces Bernard Warren’s Election to the Chairmanship of the 125th Business Improvement District (BID)

The 125th Street Business Improvement District (BID) Board of Directors recently elected Bernard Warren Chairman of the Board. The 125th Street (BID) is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening the 125th Street economy, improving the quality of life and showcasing the cultural offerings in our own community. The BID’s Board of Directors is business owners, residents, property owners and representatives from the offices of the Mayor, Borough President, Comptroller and City Council.

Dimitri Naylor, Webb & Brooker’s Vice President lists January’s property reminders below:

• Fire safety notices need to be delivered to all tenants by January 16th.
• Window guard notices need to be delivered to all tenants between January 1st and January 16th.
• Lead paint notices need to be delivered to all tenants between
  January 1st and January 16th in buildings built before 1960.
• Elevator inspections must be filed with the Department of Buildings between January 1st and December 31st.
• Boiler inspections must be inspected between January 1st and December 31st.
